Upon approval, Make.com auto-generates a personalized brochure and invoice from an Airtable template and delivers it to the consignor via Gmail — in seconds.
Non-Local Consignor Workflow
Out-of-town consignors automatically receive UPS shipping instructions, labels, and tracking updates — a parallel workflow that previously required hours of manual coordination.
Shopify Draft Creation
Once items are received and reviewed, Make.com automatically creates a Shopify draft listing from Airtable data — eliminating copy-paste and reducing listing time from 20+ minutes to under 2.
Consignment Tracking Dashboard
Every item's status — received, listed, sold, returned — is tracked in real-time inside Airtable. Staff and ownership have full visibility without a single manual update.
Product Listing Management
Listing updates, price changes, and status changes in Airtable automatically sync to Shopify — keeping the storefront accurate without any manual intervention.
Sales & Payouts Tracking
Sales data flows from Shopify back into Airtable, automatically calculating consignor payouts based on their agreed split — making payout processing fast and error-free.

AI-Powered Follow-Up System
OpenAI generates personalized follow-up emails for consignors based on item status and time since intake — sent automatically via Gmail with no manual drafting required.
Airtable Analytics Dashboards
Custom Airtable dashboards give ownership a real-time view of inventory performance, consignor activity, payout totals, and revenue metrics — all updated automatically.
